Difference: Counseling and Coaching
Counseling and Coaching are both supportive services, but they serve different purposes.
Counseling focuses on emotional, psychological, and relational concerns may involve diagnosis, and treatment for mental health conditions. In counseling, I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and culturally responsive psychotherapy. My work explores early life experiences and how they shape current relationships, emotional patterns, and sense of self. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

It is not a substitute for psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. In coaching we focus on help gain clarity in relationships, navigate family expectations, and make decisions that align with your values.
